12 steps to convert films to PSP format with subtitles

I'm writing this hub because i had problems in convert films with subtitles for my PSP in the past days. After search a litle bit in the internet i reacho to the solution. Now i want to share this solution in easy way to understand.I hope that this list of steps help most of users of PSP.

  1. Install PSP Video Express (Free);
  2. Install VobSub 2.23;
  3. Install directshow filter for subtitles - directvobsub.Version without installer;
  4. Extract VSFilter.dll file to folder system32 of Windows;
  5. Register filter: start> Run and write regsvr32 VSfilter.dll;
  6. Put in the same local movie and subtitles files with the same name (ex: xxxxx.avi e xxxxx.srt);
  7. Run PSP Video Express;
  8. Choose file to convert (.avi, ou outro). Don“t need file of subtitles here!;
  9. Define conversion parameters. I use this ones: Resolutio 320x240; Video: 684kbps; Audio: 48kbps;
  10. Record it;
  11. Transfer files to PSP (ATT: Don't change name of converted files);
  12. Enjoy it......
